Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
The original product must satisfy the return eligibility conditions.
Exchange is subject to availability of the requested replacement product.
If the replacement product has a higher price, the applicable price difference must be paid by the customer.
If the replacement product has a lower price, the applicable refund or adjustment will be handled according to our refund policy.
